Cancellation Policy
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
14 or more days prior to arrival: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
Within 7 days of arrival: Full amount will be charged.
Program Modifications
If, for any reason, the booking is cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided.
